REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order – whether you have changed your mind or we have made a mistake – then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +44 (0) 161 445 6111.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy merchandise online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on clothing, books or accessories which have been worn, washed or used unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. We implement a standard limitation on garments where we would replace a faulty garment within 30 days but are unable to refund items after this time.
If you would like to return your order, please try to let us know immediately and if it’s within 28 days we will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange.
Unfortunately, after 14 working days we cannot refund any delivery charges or cover the cost of returning the item.
If you’re in the UK, simply package the item up and attach the FREEPOST returns sticker on the delivery note. Please include the delivery note in the package when you send the items back to us so we can process your return quickly.
Please note we cannot accept returns of any products that have been washed, worn or used unless defective.
If you need a refund, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within three days but the refund could take up to an additional five working days to show in your account.
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the product and the product has not been used, please let us know on the delivery note with the returned product. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the product, we will provide a refund.
Clothing Exchanges - Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size or colour, a new order will need to be placed online.
We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;
- Once you have received your goods the returns request form must be filled out within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging.
Simply pack up the unwanted item in its original packaging and send this back to us with a note explaining the reason for your return.
*You will just need to pay the postage and we suggest using a tracked or signed for service to avoid the parcel getting misplaced.
Upon receipt of the item we will issue you a full refund to the card used for the original payment.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKING?
We deliver everything by Royal Mail first class post. If you’re not at home (and it won’t fit through your letter box) then they’ll leave a calling card with the Post Office address where you can collect the package. If the package is not collected within 18 days, the items will be delivered back to us. Items over 2kg will be sent via courier. Overseas items under 1kg kilogram will be sent Royal Mail International Signed for. Items over 1kg will be sent via courier.
HOW LONG WILL MY BMC SHOP ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Over 90% of our orders go out the same working day. We ship all over the world from our base in Manchester.
We aim to deliver shop products within:
- UK: 2 – 5 working days
- Europe: 5 – 7 working days
- Rest of World: 7 – 10 working days
Please note, orders can take longer to be delivered over bank holidays and the festive season.
On occasion, there may be a delay if items are out of stock. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready to be dispatched.
