DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO SHOP WITH YOU?

Guest checkout is the only option available at the moment; but don’t worry, you can still use your BMC membership to get 10% off (see below).

You will be able to log in soon, keep an eye out!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to get all orders out within two working days. If there is a delay with shipping your order, we’ll inform you by email.  Please note that orders can take longer to be delivered during bank holidays and the festive season. If you’ve any questions with your order, please contact us.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days. If there is a delay then we will notify you.

I AM A MEMBER BUT I’M NOT GETTING MY DISOUNT ON SHOP PRODUCTS

BMC discount is applied in the basket or checkout section of the shop – see the green strip asking for membership authentication.  If you’ve been charged incorrectly then please contact us. 

WHAT SIZE AM I?

All our products are standard UK high street sizes.  All sizes are displayed on each item product page.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to get this sorted. 

WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR PACKAGING?

Our packaging is made from paper. It is rip proof, splash proof, compostable and, more importantly, plastic free.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. Orders less than two kilograms are sent via Royal Mail first class.  Orders over two kilograms will be sent using Parcel Force Worldwide.

SOME OF MY ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. IS EVERYTHING OK?

Probably! If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll despatch the items that are available first and the rest will be dispatched once it arrives in our office. You will not be charged any extra postage. Your delivery advice note will tell you which items should be in your parcel. If they appear missing then please contact us.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please contact us by email shop@thebmc.co.uk or by telephone on 0161 445 6111 and we’ll order a replacement or exchange the item. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON THE ORDER?

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to get this sorted. 

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED IF SOME ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?

No, if part of your order is delayed we’ll send out the available items as soon as possible. The delayed items will be sent out as soon as they arrive in our office at no additional cost.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by email or phone as soon as possible. shop@thebmc.co.uk / 0161 445 6111.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us (please check your spam filters). If you don’t receive this within one hour, please contact us to check there are no problems.

AM I CHARGED FOR ITEMS AS SOON AS I ORDER THEM?

Yes, we charge your card when the order is placed. If any products aren’t available, we’ll email you to let you know the expected delivery time and refund any costs.

HOW DO I GET MEMBERS DISCOUNT?

If you’re a BMC member, then your membership discount is applied at checkout. Please contact us if the discount has not been applied and you have been charged incorrectly. If you’re not a member yet, then join us today – you’ll soon save money in our shop.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. Payments will be taken at the time your order is placed.
